Travel documents
Your travel documents contain everything you need on the way. Here you can read what they include, how you receive them and what you should check yourself.
What you receive
Depending on your trip, your travel documents include:
- flight details, with flights, times and booking references
- hotel vouchers
- transfer details, if transfers are part of your trip
- a daily programme, if your trip has one
- the emergency number in case you need help on the way
How and when you receive them
We send your travel documents digitally to the email address you gave when booking. You receive them well before departure.
If you have not received them, first check your spam folder and otherwise contact us.
Check them straight away
As soon as you have them, check:
- that each traveller’s name is spelled exactly as in the passport or ID card you are travelling with
- that the dates, flight times and hotel match what was agreed
- that your passport or ID card is valid enough for your destination
If you spot a mistake, report it straight away. The sooner we know, the better the chance it can still be put right. For flights, a name change after issue is often limited or incurs a charge.
Take them with you
Make sure your travel documents are available on the way: on your phone, also offline, and preferably printed as well. The emergency number is in your travel documents. Also note it down separately from your phone.
