On your way? The emergency number
The emergency number is meant for travellers who have booked with us and urgently need help on the way, for example after a missed transfer or a serious problem with their accommodation. Travellers who have booked will find the number in their travel documents.
For urgent matters on the way, please use that number rather than the general number of our office. In a life-threatening situation, call the local emergency services first.
